Warren

Chair and Co-Founder

Warren was the Founder and CEO of the Quintessential Brands Group.

He assumed the CEO role of the Quintessential Brands Group in February 2012. There he built QB Group into one of the UK’s largest independent spirits companies.

He previously worked as an investment banker with JP Morgan, KPMG, Jefferies and Hawkpoint, in a career spanning 25 years in London and Frankfurt.

This involved advising large corporates and mid-market private and public companies across many countries in Europe, the US and Africa.

He successfully helped build and subsequently became Chairman of a UK automobile business which made 7 acquisitions and went on to IPO on the London Stock Exchange in 2010.

Charlie

Investment Director and Co-Founder

Charlie qualified as a chartered accountant following 3 years in the professional services team at KPMG.   Before transitioning into financial consulting, he worked alongside family offices, real estate funds, and hedge funds.

He then spent 3 and half years working on the buy-side, sell-side, and listing transactions as a financial consultant and modeller at Swan Partners.

James

Investment Manager and Co-Founder

James is a qualified chartered accountant having trained at PwC prior to joining Kliro Capital.

He was a Senior Associate at PwC, having completed three years of experience in corporate finance and restructuring.

He began his career at PwC as a Graduate Business Programme participant in 2019.

Simon

General Counsel and Business Development

Simon is an accomplished business executive and qualified lawyer with extensive UK and international in-house commercial, legal and general management experience across various industries.

With a proven track record in FMCG, high-tech manufacturing, consumer electronics and computer industries, Simon is a highly valued member of any team.

Simon's career highlights include over 10 years in the tobacco industry, a seven-year tenure as General Counsel & Company Secretary at Bakkavor where he managed the IPO of the Group and his most recent position as Group General Counsel at Quintessential Brands Group. Simon has also held a number of consulting roles in the beer, energy and health supplement industries.

Caroline

Group HR Director

Caroline is a Psychology Masters graduate with over 20 years of progressive HR and leadership experience in both the UK and Middle East.

Caroline has worked across a variety of industries from Construction and the Service industry to Telecommunications where she became a specialist in Employee Relations.  For the last 8 years Caroline has held leadership roles in UK Manufacturing businesses, creating & leading the people strategy, developing high performing teams, with a focus on shaping company culture and employee experience.

Caroline most recently held the role of Head of HR (UK) for INEOS Enterprises where she led on strategy, M&A activity and was part of the leadership team that successfully launched the company’s first FMCG business during the Covid pandemic.
